How does a booking work, and how short notice is possible?
You send the enquiry through the form or you call. We check the current occupancy and come back to you. The contract comes into being with the booking confirmation, payment is due before move in, and we need the proof of payment by 3:30 pm on the last working day before. Short notice is the normal case with us: in 2026, 48 percent of stays had at most three days of lead time.
Do you let to private individuals?
No. We let to companies only and always the whole apartment, never single rooms to individuals.
Is a single person possible as well?
Yes, if the booking runs through a company. Even then you rent the whole apartment. Larger teams we spread over several apartments at one location where needed.
What does accommodation cost?
The price applies to the whole apartment and night, not per bed. It is graded by the number of people, but not in the same proportion: at full occupancy you pay per person and night roughly half of what one person alone pays in the same apartment. It also depends on the period and the location. Electricity, water, heating and WiFi are included, there is no separate settlement of utilities. The final cleaning appears once on the first invoice. With the offer you get a fixed price, not a range.
When does payment fall due?
Before move in. We need the proof of payment by 3:30 pm on the last working day before, or right after payment for short notice bookings. The final cleaning appears on the first invoice, and not again when you extend.
Is there parking for cars and vans?
Yes, depending on the location, but the situation differs. In Heusenstamm you park at ground level, free of charge and without a height limit. In Neu-Isenburg there are 121 free spaces at ground level at Wilhelmsplatz, in Offenbach-Bieber one free space at the station. The weakest point is the centre of Offenbach: the car parks there have a height limit of 1.90 to 2.05 metres, a Sprinter does not fit in. In Frankfurt-Oberrad there are no public car parks, parking is at the roadside. Tell us in your enquiry what you are arriving in.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, both are included.
Can we extend?
Yes, and with us that is the normal case: seven out of ten stays are extended. Let us know as soon as it becomes clear that the team is staying longer. The earlier we know, the better the chances of the same apartment. We check the following period and come back with a clear answer. If the apartment is already taken, we check our other apartments at that location. A second final cleaning is not charged when you extend.
Why does this cost more than a fitters room from 7.50 euros?
Because you get something different. On the fitters room portals, listings for Frankfurt start at 7.50 euros per person and night. For that you rent a bed in an apartment that your people share with other crews: shared bathroom, shared kitchen, changing flatmates. With us you rent the whole apartment. Your team is among themselves, the bathroom belongs to them and so does the kitchen. Upwards the gap is bigger: the cheapest long stay provider in Frankfurt starts at around 33 euros per night, and that is for a single studio for one person and only from 28 nights.
What does an apartment with a kitchen mean for the German meal allowance?
If the employer provides breakfast, the meal allowance is reduced by 20 percent under § 9 Abs. 4a EStG, the German Income Tax Act, that is by 5.60 euros per full day. We do not provide breakfast, we provide a kitchen in every apartment. As a rule the reduction therefore does not apply. How you account for it internally is of course for you and your accounts department to decide.
How long do teams usually stay?
That varies. Half of all stays last seven nights or less, on average it is eleven nights. Seven out of ten stays are extended, and then it quickly becomes more. Shorter periods work just as well, simply tell us what you need.
